It’s foolish to presume upon the future. No-one knows what it may hold.
We can venture out for educated guesses and hedge our bets, but predicting it is a fool’s errand. Unfortunately, often we are left with no choice. We make decisions not based on history alone, and certainly not for the benefit of the past. We make them to improve the future.
Advice is invaluable in such endeavours. Certainly, the experts may be of great help. When all is said and done, the decision is made by a person. Wisdom suggests that sage advice is a function of knowing the heart of a man, and helping him steer it in the right direction.
Make sure you have one of those on your panel.
