Today, a year ago I wrote about the value of High-Quality Work. In these times of crisis, it continues to ring true.
Models are built on lessons from history. This makes it useful in our attempts to understand the present and potential pathways to the future. As with all models, prediction is a reactive science.
We don’t know what we don’t know.
In such times, the insight that comes from experience is invaluable. High-quality resources that interpret the information not based on models and frameworks alone, but on the fundamental drivers that inform those models, to begin with.
If the models at our disposal were sufficient, we would not be in this predicament. The way forward is through high-quality tacit intellect forged into new frameworks.
