There’s not much we can do about chaos. We can manage it within spaces we control, but all those spaces are still subject to the chaos created at a macro level. It’s cyclical and inevitable.

What we can control is how we respond to it. The auto-response is laced with anxiety and over-reaction. It perpetuates indefinitely activating a vicious cycle.

What if we could find serenity in the chaos? What about restricting the noise created by the anxiety and opinions of others and focussing on what we can control instead? What the environment offers up is irrelevant. How we maintain our composure and perspective in the midst of it is invaluable.
