Occasionally we are faced with situations that we are unable to decipher. Their nature seems indeterminate.
If we know the problem we face it becomes easier to solve. We can plug it into a framework, a set of rules and a structure that is useful. Obscure problems have an additional layer of complexity.
This is the innovator’s primary challenge. Once you know what needs to be solved finding a way to solve it becomes easier. When we don’t even realise there is a problem that needs solving it requires brave individuals with insight and vision to shift our focus.
The easiest way to spot it is to look for black holes. Places that suck resources without a useful explanation is a good place to start.
Happy hunting.
