Given the choice, we would all prefer to do things in which we have an inherent advantage. Tall people play basketball, people with rhythm dance or make music. When we know what our strengths are this is awesome. Invest time and viola.
When we don’t know our strengths, investing times feels more like a game of roulette than a concerted effort to greatness. You get a couple of exhilarating wins, but eventually, the house reigns supreme.
Bring it into the light. If you are blind to it, ask those closest to you. They see the greatness in you far sooner than you realise it.
Once you discover your own strengths, designing it for your business becomes easier.
