Simple things we do every day create the habits that determine the trajectory of our lives. Your exercise regime, diet, relationship habits or even hygiene and healthcare is likely to define your quality of life in the future.
When we consider these little things, we are not concerned with doing them once or occasionally, we are concerned with doing them every day.
When we are kids, we get taught (sometimes forced, coerced or bribed) into brushing our teeth. As adults, we do it routinely without any inconvenience. It’s a little thing that is only appreciated when you ignore it long enough.
There are many others. It’s useful to take stock of how well we respect them.
