Subtle, controlled movements and improvements over time can do more for you than big knee jerks to avoid catastrophes. In aviation, these knee jerks classify as ‘near misses’ and must be reported as an accident.

In order to set ourselves up with the ability to manage these changes before they steer towards risky situations, we need constant feedback. Intelligence, feedback loops and outputs delivered in an intelligent way empowers us to stay the course.
