Flying Solo

What a milestone! Everything a young pilot dreams about. That first flight when you are in charge. It’s an exhilarating experience. A noteworthy accomplishment. It stands as a testimony to your abilities and dedication.

It’s also the basics.

As soon as we start to pilot bigger aircraft we never fly solo, no matter your level of experience. The risk is too high. The same goes for space shuttles.

Businesses work the same way. It’s worthwhile flying solo on a small one to figure out the basics and gain confidence in your skills. If you plan to successfully and sustainably pilot bigger businesses, you need a team.

You can fly solo if you like. Your risks increase significantly and most passengers will choose to wait for the next flight out instead.
