Multitasking serves to complete. It helps us to tick boxes.
Focus allows us to accomplish, to design, to solve, to invent.
It takes an effort to get out of the lazy, skimming the surface mode of multitasking into the deep, dedicated thinking of focus.
Focus is hard work. Hard work is rare.
